I have found problems simular to yours in circular saws. Make an impression of the tooth face in a soft clay or silly putty. Look at the tooth shape with a magnifier or microscope using oblique lighting. You might be flexing the tooth during grinding or swaging. uneqaul radial angles will cause the saw to pull.
