Ron, I think I may have experienced the problem you are desribing. I work in Australia so our terms used could be different. Are you getting bent teeth from the swage or a one sided swage? Bent teeth happened where I am currently working. We put a knew die holder in the swage and our bending of the teeth is now gone. Doing this fixed our problem and may fix yours providing we are talking about bending of teeth and not one sided swaging. We use an armstrong swage, I have never used hanchett, so the parts or part names may be different. Anyway, I hope this helps.
