I am using 2 54`` cae twinsaws 10x16g saws 2x 3/4 tp 70-85 mpm feed speed cant stop these saws pushing off the wheels have done the wheels have increased back of bandsaw increased tension checked hook which is 30 saws are level mainly does on the 10`` 12 cut have tryed less saw lube
dont know
any ideas plz

had the same problem we run a narrow saw with 1 3/4 tooth space ground some extra crown and the saw does not move we had .007th crown we now have .012th crown our top feed speed is 465 fpm in 4" and we drop to 348 fpm in 10.5" and around 200 in a 16" depth of cut

check your tangential and radial clearance angles and side clearance. If there is not enough for the species you are cutting the wood fibre can grab the sides of your swage or the blade itself and drag the saw back with it.

Also, what is your saw speed (SFPM)? In a 12" cut with your gullet size you may be overloading your gullet space causing the saws to force back.
