I am a millright and the 2 year old comact 10" double arbor gang is part of my machine center. We had a lot of vibration and bearing problems from start up and bearing failure is getting more frequent, I would like to hear any coments on the subject . The arbor door has a clamp system which I don't like, alot of the time vib is in the clamp adjustment and when thay get wore a little they get lose when the clamp goes over its center point. Any coments on arbor door fastening systems. What is an execptable guide sweep

PS: seem to be worse on the bottom arbor bottom arbor run out is .007 /not good guide sweep is .003 we tried all new saws and moving the saw cluster sometimes it is worse then others I think it's bad enough sometimes that it's harming the bearings arbors are splined and clime cut
