This is to all filers out there. The more info (complaints)we give the big saw companies the better it will get for sawfilers every where. i don't file that much any more i have gone into sales for U S Blades. The info i see on here i am sending to simonds international now. the big manufactures have played with heat treating over the years and that has some to do with the quality of the saw. they are trying to find the "next best thing" but there is more that dont work than do. I have also see a drop in quality in new saws round and band. this is due to fewer sawfilers out there and no-one getting into the filing field. we all need to share info with each other to make every thing better, and we need to try to get more people into the trade
