About all I can say is make sure you have all the basics down. Clean logs,free of dirt and mud .Be sure your saw is sharpened correctly . If you have "set teeth" be sure they are not set nearly as wide as if you were sawing summer wood. Be sure tension on blade is correct if by cupping you mean "across the width",if you mean "down the lenght" make sure everything is lined up properly. Above all be sure saw is SHARP. Just because you can saw X amount of footage with a saw in summer does not mean you will get anything near that amount with a saw in frozen wood and be sure wood is CLEAN!
